Every year I go through that day starting at about 5pm. Every decision, if a little bit different, might have changed the outcome. Could have called it off for rain, so close to Christmas, couldn’t get Tact team we wanted to do takedown, you injuring your eye right before the briefing getting a t shirt off a coat hanger that ricochet. In hindsight so many signs it wasn’t right. I still mourn your senseless death it seems just as emotionally as I did that night and I so wish it hadn’t happened. Thank you for your sacrifice and for saving us all from the reckless criminals that started the whole downward spiral that night. Hope you are resting in peace my friend.
