You passed a month short of a year to the day when I was born. I always wanted to be a California Highway Patrol Officer from my earliest years and I just wanted to say Thank you for your service. I became a California Highway Patrol Officer in May of 1969. I graduated on Sept 4th 1969 almost 24 years after you passed. I became a CHP Motor Officer on Nov 2, 1972.
You will never be forgotten and your service to the Finest law Enforcement Agency in the world will always be noted. Semper Fi to being a part of "OUR" Blue and Gold.. The finest Motor Squad in the world. God Bless you.
