May god bless you and your family. Although I did not have the privilege to have known you, I am sure you earned your seat in heaven.
Rest in peace, those of us who remain will cover your post on the thin, blue line.

I think of you often. I became ill when Amanda (your daugter) was killed in that car wreck in 1998. I am comforted knowing she is with you. Life has gone on, but there has been a hole in this life and I await the day I can see you again. You were a righteous man, a loving father and husband and I will keep your memory alive as long as I can. It took your sacrifice to make it safe for all the others who followed. I miss you brother.
