To the family and friends of Officer Hernandez and his fellow officers, and most especially to Officer Hernandez:
On this the eleventh anniversary of Officer Hernandez' tragic death, I wanted to honor his memory. His bravery and dedication will never be forgotten.
May his family continue to be comforted by the caring and support of their law enforcement family, and other police survivors.
This reflection is sent with the utmost respect for the service Officer Hernandez gave to his community and the citizens of Puerto Rico, and for the supreme sacrifice he and his family made on November 1, 1994.
