Although, I never had the privledge of knowing you, since you left this world 40 years before my entry into the same. I do know the granddaughter you left behind, Marie McGlynn Peach.
When she talks about you, she does so with a voice full of love and respect as if you were standing in the room with her.
Frank, if you can somehow read what people have written about you, I want to tell you something as well.
Even in the short time I have known Marie, I can tell she has grown up to be a person in which you would be proud. She is beautiful, sharp witty and savvy. But, what I think would make you even prouder is knowing that Marie is a honest, no nonsense, hard working woman that can also hold her drink. I am proud to call her my friend.

Your heroism and service is honored today, the 86th anniversary of your death. Your memory lives and you continue to inspire. Thank you for your service. My cherished son Larry Lasater was a fellow police officer who was murdered in the line of duty on April 24, 2005 while serving as a Pittsburg, CA police officer.

Time never diminishes respect. Your memory will always be honored and revered.

Rest In Peace.
