As this format was not available in 1975, I couldn't leave any reflection. BUT Billy, you are not forgotten. We went thru the academy together and served at SP Monroe together. You were a great guy, a good cop and a devoted family man. I certainly have not forgotten you. Rest in Peace brother.

Trooper McDonagh was killed in the Hamlet of Sugarloaf which is in the Town of Chester, Orange County. Back when this happened, there was only a part time Chester Police Department and the State Troopers would handle many calls. I noticed that no one left any reflections to Trooper McDonagh and I thought I would just let him know that he was not forgotten.
Rest in Peace Brother.
