It's been 11 years since your death and we think about you very often. We missed you. We are very proud of you and all the sacrifices it took to acomplish your dreams. Your story it has been passed down on our entire family and your memory would never fade. We love you, Papo.

Santiago Family,
I was the first Border Patrol EMT who was on scene with Luis the night of his death. I did not get the chance to meet any of you, but I have never forgotten that night, and I want you to know that Luis is not forgotten, and that I pray for your fammily.
May God bless you.
