Reflections for Federal Prohibition Agent Thomas Bright Lankford
Time may have passed but you are not forgotten. I believe as long as someone remembers you or speaks your name, you are still with us.
Thank you for your heroism.
God Bless

Thomas Bright Lankford was the identical twin brother of my grand father, Greene “Wright” Lankford Sr.. They were born in 1901. Thomas Bright Lankford also had a brother named Robert. As a child my father told me stories that he had heard from his father about "Uncle Thomas Bright getting shot while guarding the moonshine still". My grand father became a court reporter shortly after his brother's death and I've often wondered if sitting through the trial of his brothers murderer had anything to do with it. Our family is proud of his service and we bare no grudge for his sacrifice; he is now resting in the company of fine men!
