Reflections for Police Officer Henry J. Koebel
I remember Henry well He was a true Gentleman, as someone posted earlier, as long as you talk of someone or say their name they will remain with us. We often harassed him and told him he looked like Gomez from the Adams Family and he took it well, Henry was a Great Guy and True Hero.

Chuck loved cars and owned a bunch of them. I worked on the foreign made ones, I remember an Austin Healy and a white Mini Cooper. He ALWAYS knew the best jokes, it seemed he was always laughing. He also worked at the airport and the tunnels. He did have a pet peeve ... civilians who busted his stones and told him PA cops ain't real cops.
It's 2021, a lot of years have passed ... and I still think of him frequently, especially on Memorial Day. His wife, Txxxx, was/is a hell of a gal. I hope she made out OK, she sure deserved it.
Rest easy old bud. I will always remember.

I was in the same squad with "Hank". Very good good guy. Not a mean word about anyone. I was not there when the terrible incident occurred but I must say Hank never retreated from a call but in a calm cool collective manner. God bless him.

Time may have passed but you are not forgotten. I believe as long as someone remembers you or speaks your name, you are still with us.
Thank you for your heroism.

God bless Henry. He was a good cop working in a facility known as a "Bucket of Blood".. I speak from first hand experience since I worked at the Bus Terminal for 11 years from 1980 to 1991.

Chuck was my Police Academy classmate in 1976 and one the nicest guys you would ever want to meet. It's now 27 years later and I personally still think about how his life was so sadly ended. I will never forget you, Chuck.
God Bless You,
John
