Reflections for Sergeant Arthur W. Koch

- 2
To the family and friends of Sergeant Arthur Koch and the Fairfield Police Department:
It has been twenty one years since your death, but you are not forgotten. Your valor will be forever remembered and honored. How very sad that you had to die at such a young age.
In the early nineties I had the pleasure of teaching a Senior
Seminar in Criminal Justice for Chapman College. It was held at the Fairfield Police Department and I taught some of your fellow officers and friends. They spoke so highly of you, and kept you in their memories and hearts.
It must have been a terrible blow to your department to lose you in such a brutal murder.
This reflection is sent with the utmost respect for the service you gave to the community of Fairfield and the citizens of California, and for the supreme sacrifice you and your family made on July 29, 1984 in the line of duty.
Rest In Peace.
