Reflections for Patrolman Fred Louis Klenk
Your heroism and service is honored today, the 76th anniversary of your death. Your memory lives and you continue to inspire. Thank you for your service. My cherished son Larry Lasater was a fellow police officer murdered in the line of duty on April 24, 2005 while serving as a Pittsburg, CA police officer.
Time never diminishes respect and you will always be honored and revered.
Rest In Peace.

Ptl. Klenk, today marks the 72nd anniversary of your tragic death. Accidents happen, but for the driver to flee showed blatant disregard for human life and total disrespect to a Police Officer as well as a callousness that cannot be measured, although it seems $75 was the assessed measurment.
For all your efforts to help protect one of America's most vital assets, it's railroads, thank you. You have not been forgotten and you are a hero.
God Bless and may you continue to Rest in Peace, Brother.

Patrolman Klenk,
On today, the 72nd anniversary of your death, I would just like to say thank you for your service and sacrifice. I think it was worth a lot more than a lousy $75.00.
