I was a classmate of Officer Kittinger's son. Fifty-five years later, I still remember his father's sacrifice. I hope I never forget.

I am the niece of Officer Kittinger and I cannot tell you how much this lovely memorial and the reflections mean to our family, even after so many years. We loved Uncle Tommy dearly. He was such a good, sweet man.

I read your reflections to my mother, his sister, just now and through her tears she was so happy to know he is remembered. Thank you all so much.
