Your heroism and service is honored today, the 80th anniversary year of your death. Your memory lives and you continue to inspire. Thank you for your service. My cherished son Larry Lasater was a fellow police officer who was murdered in the line of duty on April 24, 2005 while serving as a Pittsburg, CA police officer.
Time never diminishes respect. Your memory will always be honored and revered.
Rest In Peace.

Patrol Officer Kelley, today marks the 78th anniversary of your tragic death due to what appears to be a very sad accident. You died in the performance of your duty enforcing a law that would be repealed just a few short years later. It was your job and you did it. You are a hero and you are not forgotten.
God Bless and may you continue to Rest in Peace, Brother.
