As my sisters, Gail, Linda and I reflect on our great grandfather, whose portrait was so prominently displayed in Nana's hoise, we are reminded of the ultimate sacrifice he made. We hold our great grandfather in our memory and in our hearts and have such admiration for all heroes who have succumbed to the same fate.
