Trooper Jones,
On today, the 59th anniversary of your death I would just like to say thank you for your service and sacrifice-not just as an LEO-but for our Country as well when you served during WW II. And to your family and loved ones, I wish to extend my deepest sympathy.

Your heroism and service is honored today, the 56th anniversary of your death. Your memory lives and you continue to inspire. Thank you for your service. My cherished son Larry Lasater was a fellow police officer murdered in the line of duty on April 24, 2005 while serving as a Pittsburg, CA police officer.

Time never dimishes respect and your memory will always be honored and revered.

Rest In Peace

My father said that you bounced me on your knee when I was a child. I like to think that both my father and you got me interested in a Law Enforcement career. Rest in peace. Kent.

We Michiganians are so proud of our troops. It is with great sadness that I learn of this sacrifice. Lenawee County, home of my ancestors, is a special place that I love. I am so glad that we have brave men and women that take the oath and work without hesitation to make sure that we are secure.

Trooper Calvin Jones will be remembered always and his sacrifice will not be forgotten.
