Patrolman Jackson, today marks the 78th anniversary of your tragic death. Though inauspicious, your death, in the line of duty, was just as tragic. You left behind people who cared for you and missed you. You also left behind a department that, with your death had a void it could not fill. You are a hero for the time you spent protecting the citizens of Boston and you have not been forgotten.

God Bless and may you continue to Rest in Peace, Brother.

No officer should be without a reflection. I send this one to thank you for giving the ultimate sacrifice and for paving the way for the future for us to follow, on the thin blue line. Thank you.
