Reflections for Sergeant Michael J. Hunt
Dear Great Grandpop,
I was just randomly talking to my husband Chris about whether or not anyone in either of our families was a priest, and I was trying to remember whether my dad’s relative Michael Hunt who was tragically killed was a priest or a police officer. So I googled… what are the odds that I would look it up and find randomly that you died on exactly this date 76 years ago?! I will enroll you in Masses.
Thank you for your service, and that you for your Catholic Faith.
Your great granddaughter.
