God Bless you and the other brave men who sacrificed and died so heroically on both of these days. Rest in peace always and know that your service and sacrifice will never, ever be forgotten by your law enforcement brethren.

A fallen LEO is never forgotten! Rest in peace. Your honor lives on forever.

Retired Deputy Sheriff Art Anderson
Butte County California

July 17, 2012

Your heroism and service is honored today, the 97th anniversary of your death. Your memory lives and you continue to inspire. Thank you for your service. My cherished son Larry Lasater was a fellow police officer murdered in the line of duty on April 24, 2005 while serving as a Pittsburg, CA police officer.

How devastating this must have been to your family and to your department and community to lose five officers in one incident.
Rest In Peace

"The Legend of Miner Rafael Lopez"

It is still hard to believe how one man could be so cold and ruthless - five law enforcement officers killed.

May You All Rest - In Peace.

None of our fallen officers have been forgotten. Their pictures and stories are located in their departments, the Utah Peace Officer Memorial at our State Capitol and the UPOA Webiste and at yearly Memorial services. A flag for each officer is flown at least twice a year during special services and their names and departments read to the public.

No, you have not been forgotten, Deputy Hulsey.
