I heard stories about you when I was a child. My step grandfather was your brother in law. You were an early inspiration for me to become a law enforcement officer
Thank you for your service and your sacrifice will never be in vain.

Time may have passed but you are not forgotten. I believe as long as someone remembers you or speaks your name, you are still with us.
Thank you for your heroism.
God Bless

Although I never had the privilege to know you, your life, and murder in the line of duty, both affected mine. I revere officers more than most, get quite defensive when people disrespect them, and when at the gravesides of loved ones, tear-up as I read the name of one who swore to protect and serve.

Your heroism and service is honored today, the 60th anniversary of your death. Your memory lives and you continue to inspire. Thank you for your service. My cherished son Larry Lasater was a fellow police officer who was murdered in the line of duty on April 24, 2005 while serving as a Pittsburg, CA police officer.
Time never diminishes respect. Your memory will always be honored and revered.
Rest In Peace.
