Reflections for Policeman Rafael Hernandez-Vazquez
Time may have passed but you are not forgotten. I believe as long as someone remembers you or speaks your name, you are still with us.
Thank you for your heroism.
God Bless

A day like today many years ago you decided to work, and not knowing that it was going to be your last watch. Thank You for your ultimate sacrifice, maybe you had family but I will pray today for your family. And hope that you sacrifice was not in vain. I wear an uniform too and who knows what God has for me, but all I always hope, that every day all I do means something and that my actions be for a better world. May God Bless your family and all the LEO's around the world.

Your heroism and service is honored today, the 37th anniversary of your death. Your memory lives and you continue to inspire. Thank you for your service. My cherished son Larry Lasater was a fellow police officer who was murdered in the line of duty on April 24, 2005 while serving as a Pittsburg, CA police officer.
Time never diminishes respect. Your memory will always be honored and revered.
I pray for solace for all that love and remember you for I know both the pain and pride are forever. Your family is in my heart's embrace. Rest In Peace.
