Patrolman Hause,
On today, the 70th anniversary of your death I would just like to say thank you for your service and sacrifice-not just for your Community but for our Country as well when you served with the U.S. Navy during World War II. And to your Family and loved ones, I wish to extend my deepest sympathy.

To fully appreciate the heroes of the present, we must recognize our heroes of the past. Your heroism and service is honored today, the 59th anniversary year of your death. Your memory lives and you continue to inspire. Thank you for your service. My cherished son Larry Lasater was a fellow police officer who was murdered in the line of duty on April 24, 2005 while serving as a Pittsburg, CA police officer.

Time never diminishes respect. Your memory will always be honored and revered. Rest In Peace

I have visited this site ever since we lost an officer in our city a few years back. Patrolman Hause was the first officer in this country killed in the line of duty after I was born. My heart goes out to all the families of these remarkable men and women. I am sad Patrolman Hause's children grew up without their father. I hope both his wife and children found peace and happiness after his passing. I will keep all of you in my prayers.

To the family...I pray that one day, you will know all the jokes that your Father never told you, and hear will all the moments that he missed. God bless you in Christ Jesus.

The Lord is my Shepherd

I shall not want

He maketh me to lie down in green pastures

He leadeth me besides the still waters

He restores my soul

Yea, though I walk through the valley of the Shadow of Death

I shall fear no evil

For thou art with me

Thy rod and they staff they comfort me

Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life

And I shall dwell in the House of the Lord Forever.
