Reflections for Captain Timothy Hassett
I came across this by accident doing my family research 10 years ago and feel proud every time I read it. It was a tough job then and even tougher job now. Rest in peace Uncle Tim.

Sad that I missed the ceremony for you this year. I will make it next year for sure! I see the plaque at least on a monthly basis and ur picture hung up in the office of the Olean Police Department. It makes me THAT much more proud! I also try to maintain your grave site as much as I can. I will get up there soon to start for the year. RIP
