Officer Hart,
On today, the 119th anniversary of your death I would just like to say thank you to you and your fellow Officer and Chief who was also killed in that incident for your service and sacrifice for the citizens of Hot Springs. It was a travesty of justice that your murderers escaped justice but hopefully now they’re paying for it.
