Reflections for Patrolman Harold Haltam
I said a little prayer today for Patrolman Haltam and his family. He may be gone but not forgotten. He will always be a New York hero.

Your heroism and service is honored today, the 83rd anniversary of your death. Your memory lives and you continue to inspire. Thank you for your service. My cherished son Larry Lasater was a fellow police officer who was murdered in the the line of duty on April 24, 2005 while serving as a Pittsburg, CA police officer.
Time never diminishes respect. Your memory will always be honored and revered.

Patrolman Haltam,
On today, the 80th anniversary of your death I would justlike to say thank you for your service and sacrifice for the citizens of Buffalo. It took a few more months, but all three of your murderers got the justice that they deserved.

I am honored to be the first to leave a reflection for you. It is a very cold winter night here in NH and we have more snow than we have had in many, many years.
As you are remembered tonight, I pray that you are at peace, and this writer thanks you for your dedication and service to law enforcement. God Bless you Sir.
