Reflections for Patrolman Lewis William Hall

Lewis you were my Grandmother’s cousin. I am forever attached to you in the history of the Cincinnati Police Department. Your sacrifice will never be forgotten while I’m a member of the same dept. It’s weird to think that 46 years later I would be continuing the legacy. I will forever take a shot to your memory on November 30th until the day I die. Rest easy

Patrolman Hall,
On today, the 75th anniversary of your death I would just like to say thank you for your service and sacrifice-not just for your community but for our Country as well when you served with the U.S. Navy during World War II. And to your Family and loved ones, I wish to extend my deepest sympathy.

Your heroism and service is honored today as we approach the 61rst anniversary of your death. Your memory lives and you continue to inspire. Thank you for your service. My cherished son Larry Lasater was a fellow police officer who was murdered in the the line of duty on April 24, 2005 while serving as a Pittsburg, CA police officer, 57 years after you were killed.

Time never diminishes respect. Your memory will always be honored and revered.

Rest In Peace.
