Deputy Constable Hall, you and I never knew each other, but my father was your younger brother. Your life was taken more than 30 years before I came into this world. I grew up hearing stories about you from my dad, who looked up to you as much as any little brother could have. In eyes, you never stopped being a hero! You will never be forgotten, as you will live forever in my memory because of the stories my dad shared with me about you. Rest in peace...

Your heroism and service is honored today, the 72nd anniversary of your death. Your memory lives and you continue to inspire. Thank you for your service. My cherished son Larry Lasater was a fellow police officer murdered in the line of duty on April 24, 2005 while serving as a Pittsburg, CA police officer.
