Officer Mulligan: The station was never the same after your brutal murder. You were an independant thinker, decent human being, and a terror to all who would break the law. Rest in peace my friend.

Detective Mulligan, today marks the 13th anniversary of your brutal, senseless murder. Justice was not served. You killers may get parole, but when will your family be released from the sadness and pain.
God Bless and, considering the circumstances, try to Rest in Peace, Brother.
