Your killer may have escaped justice but she surely faced a higher justice at a later time. No passage of time will ever erase your service and sacrifice. Rest in peace always.

Your heroism and service is honored today, the 109th anniversary of your death. Your memory lives and you continue to inspire. Thank you for your service. My cherished son Larry Lasater was a fellow police officer murdered in the line of duty on April 24, 2005 while serving as a Pittsburg, CA police officer.
Rest In Peace
I hope your children were able to have good lives
and that citizens in your community helped them. How awful that they lost both parents.
