Your heroism and service is honored today, the 60th anniversary of your death. Your memory lives and you continue to inspire. Thank you for your service. My cherished son Larry Lasater was a fellow police officer who was murdered in the the line of duty on April 24, 2005 while serving as a Pittsburg, CA police officer.
Time never diminishes respect. Your memory will always be honored and revered.
Rest In Peace

Officer Gaylon it has been 58 years since you left us. May you rest in peace knowing that you will never be forgotton. Not by your family, not by your friends, and espically not by your brothers and sisters that wear the badge. Watch over the rest of us "grey shirts" that are still hear on earth continuing the job that you gave your life for. Thank you for your service! Rest in peace brother!
