I never got to meet you, but your memory and the honor you lived your life with were ingrained in your children and shared with me your great grandchild. Thank you for serving and passing down the spirit of service for our family’s future generations.

Your heroism and service is honored today, the 78th anniversary of your death. Your memory lives and you continue to inspire. Thank you for your service. My cherished son Larry Lasater was a fellow police officer who was murdered in the the line of duty on April 24, 2005 while serving as a Pittsburg, CA police officer.

Time never diminishes respect. Your memory will always be honored and revered.

Rest In Peace.

Patrolman Fraker - March 1934 was a deadly month for DPD. You were the third of three to die in the line-of-duty. Three Fridays ago, on a very rainy morning, I stood in the State Assembly chambers when your name was one of almost 250 read off during a motion regarding next month's Peace Officers Memorial Week. You are not forgotten.

Thank you for your service to the people of the City of Denver and the State of Colorado.

May God grant you eternal rest and may His perpetual light shine upon you.

Thank you for your bravery, dedication and sacrifice. May your family take comfort in the fact that you will FOREVER be a hero and NEVER be forgotten. I guess God needed another LEO in heaven, so until one day we meet, keep walking your beat on the Golden Street looking over the rest of the thin blue line. May God Bless your family, friends and colleagues.
