You had just stopped at The Corning Police Dept. where I was serving as a patrolman at the time..It wasn't 20 minutes after you left that the accident that took your life took place...We were all in shock from this...Life is so short and unpredictable Ted..You were a well liked person and very professional..

Another year has passed and you are still admired and respectfully remembered in the hearts and minds of so many. My thoughts and prayers are with your loved ones and friends on this anniversary of your EOW. You will never be forgotten.

Your heroism and service is honored today, the 16th anniversary of your death. Your memory lives and you continue to inspire. Thank you for your service. My cherished son Larry Lasater was a fellow police officer who was murdered in the line of duty on April 24, 2005 while serving as a Pittsburg, CA police officer.
Time never diminishes respect. Your memory will always be honored and revered.
Rest In Peace.

I said a little prayer today for Parole Officer Clark and his family. He may be gone but never forgotten. He will always be a New York HERO.

As one who was born in Manhattan, of course reading "no information available," gave me reason to do research.
Apparently, Parole Officer Theodore Clark NY State Division of Parole - New York, was driving during a snow flurry. He was enroute to serve papers on a parole violator. While enroute, his vehicle was struck head-on by another vehicle that had crossed into the path of PO Clark's vehicle.
May He Rest - In - Peace.

Thank you for your bravery, dedication, service and sacrifice. I know that today, the 15th Anniversary of your tragic death is terribly hard on your firends and loved ones. May your loved ones find solace in the fact that you will FOREVER be a hero and will NEVER be forgotten!
