They are going to allow his killer to be a speaker at a College. This is disrespectful to this Officers memory and family and a slap in the face to all Law Enforcement.

I am personally acquainted with the facts of the Faulkner execution. This was not a shoot out with a cornered scared suspect, this was an execution. Jamal insisted on representing himself although very able counsel was appointed for him. Adejbile was an opportunist who 20 years later used the murder of Officer Faulkner as a vehicle for advancement. He has no business even being considered for a Civil Right position. Officer Faulkner got some measure of justice yesterday.

Daniel,

Some Justice was done today for you on capitol hill. Be it known brother that we are still standing with your widow and always will. She would have made you proud. She makes us proud. We are here, she is not alone.

God bless.

I just can't believe this happened. I am very sorry that Daniel had to face this. His strong and wonderful wife lives on with pain and wanting for her husband. It's a testament to how strong this community is. Still I pray for the safety of these officers.

Dear Daniel: As I watched the video tonight and listened to your wife speak of you, it was evident that the love and bond between the two of you was not severed by death. Indeed, the Bible says, "Love is stronger than death"...Song of Solomon 8: 6.

She spoke eloquently, choking back the tears. My eyes were raining tears as I listened.

One day, all cop killers will kneel before the Judgment seat of God. Those who helped them will kneel there too and be judged for the wrongs they have committed.

There is no power on earth greater than the power of God.

You and your wife will be reunited in heaven, never to be separated again.

This quote by Chris Cosgriff is true and I'm sure he won't mind if I share it here.

"When a police officer is killed, it's not an agency that loses an officer, it's an entire nation." -Chris Cosgriff, ODMP Founder

The memory of Officer Faulkner is a sacred trust. And in keeping with this trust, the safety of every peace officer should be honored by opposing the appointment to power of anyone who defends a cop killer. Anyone who defends the murderer of a brother or sister of The Thin Blue Line is no friend of law enforcement or the DOJ. We honor your memory and sacrifice, Officer Faulkner, and pledge to your widow that justice will prevail. That as long as there are legal means available, your murderer will remain behind bars. Watch over your fellow Officer's as they perform their duties, Officer Faulkner. Your heroism and contribution to the citizen's of this great land endures. Time will never dimish the grief of your family or that of your fellow Officer's, or the committment of your fellow peace officer's to do what is righteous in the face of evil. Rest in eternal peace. Respectfully, in your memory.

By recognizing the heroes of our past, we honor and appreciate the warriors of our present. Your heroism and service is remembered with gratitude today. We thank you for your courage and sacrifice. You gave your all to keep order. Unfortunately justice has never been served upon your murderer, who has gained celebrity at the cost of your life and your family's grief. Today we stand in your place, standing between the citizens you swore to protect, and the evil that exists. Thank you for helping to make America a safer place. You live on in our memories as you continue to inspire. Time will never diminish our respect. You have not been forgotten, my brother. You will always be remembered. God bless you Danny, and rest in peace.

I left my home town of Philadelphia for a Law Enforcement position in Virginia shortly after Officer FAULKNER was murdered by that worthless scum Cook. I followed the case closely hoping for justice, which never came. The legal system that let this cold blooded killer live is a travesty and disgrace to this Country. And the ignorant so-called "celebrities" who sided with this scum are no better. It makes me sick to think that taxpayers must pay to support the life of this killer for the rest of his days, disgusting.

I had my Daniel Falkner "Never Forgotten" tee shirt on for Memorial Day yesterday. I haven't forgotten Daniel Falkner, even though I never had the privilege of meeting him. He and the other Officers who made the ultimate sacrifice should never ever be forgotten. I understand that this day is about the military, but Police Officers are soldiers on our city streets.
God bless Daniel Falkner and his family.

Maureen Faulkner I just read your book. I didn't know much about death penalty cases until your book. Thank you and Smerconish for writing it. You are one courageous American, a fighter for justice. God bless you! You are in our prayers. And so are our law enforcement officers, including a cousin in the force. Officer Faulkner is a hero!

This story about Officer Faulkner sickens me to the core. God will serve the justice in this case. I was born in 1973 and didn't know about this until now, since this evil, vile waste of a human skin got his sentence down to life in prison. It really does sicken me and I pray for his widow that God will continue to comfort her and keep her......

NOW, THE POWERS THAT BE HAVE DESTROYED ANY HOPE OF TEMPORAL JUSTICE. HOWEVER, THOSE OF US THAT REMAIN SHALL BEAR WITNESS, AND AS LONG AS WE KEEP VIGIL WE WILL COMBAT THE LIES AND DECEIT. WE'LL BE FOREVER FAITHFUL TO OUR BROTHER. WE WILL NEVER FORGET.

I know your soul cries out for justice my brother, and there is a court where justice will be served. The judge in that one is also the jury and he is fair and unbiased. He is the God of heaven. Rest in peace knowing one day all will be made clear. Thanks for your ultimate gift in performance of your duties.
