Vick you were my inspiration to enter law enforcement. I grew up with you as my neighborhood cop. I later rode with you as a civilian observer. And finally had the fortune to work with you. God bless you and keep up in his glory.

I was fortunate enough to meet you, when you responded to a serious vehicle accident my mom, brother, and I were involved in, in the 1970s. Your service and dedication will not be forgotten. Thanks and god bless brother.

It is a sad thing that the two brothers that cause the death of this one time exceptional officer are getting a new trial and may go free. I knew Officer estefan when i was growing up in the city of miami he would always talk to us kids and tell us to do right. Now the persons guilty of the crime may go free.
