Reflections for Lieutenant Harry G. Emsley
I pass by this intersection all the time. It was several weeks ago that I first noticed your EOW sign. I took a moment to reflect upon your sacrifice made so many years ago. Lieutenant Emsley, Rest In Peace, and all of us, law enforcement and community members, that drive by here will not forget your service and commitment to the community.
