I was a Police Cadet for the West Palm Beach Police Department when your father/husband was killed in the line of duty. It was the first in the line of duty death I ever experienced as part of the WPB Police family. My heart broke for your loss and our loss. There isn't a day that goes by that I don't remember his sacrifice and service to our community.
Through the years, you all have done such a great job helping other families in their time of need.
May God bless you and may me never forget your Dad.

Your heroism and service is honored today, the 28th anniversary of your death. Your memory lives and you continue to inspire. Thank you for your service. My cherished son Larry Lasater was a fellow police officer murdered in the line of duty on April 24, 2005 while serving as a Pittsburg, CA police officer.
Time never dimishes respect and you will always be honored and revered. I pray for solace for all those who love and miss you for I know both the pain and pride are forever.
Amy and Elizabeth, you are in my heart's embrace today. Thanks for sharing a daughter's devotion to her beloved dad.
Rest In Peace

Dear Sir,
I have met your 2 beautiful daughters Amy and Elizabeth at the C.O.P.S. Adult Childrens retreat. They are incredible women who have shown me how fun it is to laugh and how strong they are to overcome the difficulties they've faced. You would surely be so proud of them. I know they miss you so much. I will not forget your sacrifice - or theirs.
God bless you,
Kristi

there is no chance that you will ever be forgotten.
Your hard driven daughters would never allow that!!
Your wife was left alone with 2 little girls, and boy did she continue what the 2 of you started. They are very compassionate, sensitive, intelligent, strong young women. Your grandkids will learn all about you, their grandpa, the hero. Although not here to share it all, you are a very rich man.

On behalf of the officers of the Tampa Police Department we send our deepest condolences. Your loss leaves a void with us all.
I had the honor and privledge of meeting your two amazing daughters. They have the courage of lions and their will to help others is a true testiment to your spirit they carry. Now they use their experience to help others who deal with tragedy. Their work with C.O.P.S. is making a difference in the lives of many. I know that you are very proud as you watch over them from above.
Thank you for your service. May God Bless you and your family.
