Your heroism and service is honored today, the 55th anniversary of your death. Your memory lives and you continue to inspire. Thank you for your service. My cherished son Larry Lasater was a fellow police officer murdered in the line of duty on April 24, 2005 while serving as a Pittsburg, CA police officer. It is unfortunate that corruption was at the root cause of your death.

Rest In Peace

I was only 8 when you died. Not enough time together to create lots of memories. Grandma and mom told us stories about you. I watched you on home movies and looked at old photographs in an album. I know you loved being a motorcycle policeman. You looked so handsome in your uniform as you drove away. Since you've been gone, the family has grown. You have 4 grandchildren: Vicki, Bonnie, Jamie and Gregory. We will never forget you, because your grandson looks just like you. It's God's way of keeping you with us. Glad you're not alone because your Mom and Dad are with you. I miss you all and will forever keep you in my heart. I'll see you in Heaven. Lots of Love, Beverley XOXOXO

We ask Thy blessings and eternal rest to all our brothers and sisters
Who have sacrificed their very lives in the performance of
their duties. Give their loved ones the peace and
Strength to bear the anguish of their loss. Remove all
resentment from their hearts, knowing that eternal
peace and rest will abide their departed loved ones
forever. This we beg, Thy name forever and ever,
Amen.
