Rest in Peace Brother...you will never be forgotten
CPD
I would like everyone to know what a great husband and father Todd was. He was the funniest person I have ever known. He was my hero and my big brother. I'll miss you forever Todd.

Officer Stone
I remember the tragic events that took you from this earth. I was a middle school student at the time of your death now I am an adult now 10 years later Not a day goes by that I don't think about the price you paid for your community. My thoughts go out to your family that never got to say good-bye or share moments with you. May your memory and spirit live on through your family and friends and with the Clinton Police Department. Rest in Peace and God Bless you.

At the beginning of every shift I supervise, myself and the other officers on shift dedicate the shift to the memory of a fallen officer. Tonight, January 27, 2003 we dedicated the shift to the memory of P.O. Todd Stone who died on this date years ago. When one law enforcement officer falls, we all stumble for a while, but we will carry on.
Officer Stone's sacrifice will never be forgotten.
