Your heroism and service is honored today, the 94th anniversary of your death. Your memory lives and you continue to inspire. Thank you for your service. My cherished son Larry Lasater was a fellow police officer murdered in the line of duty on April 24, 2005 while serving as a Pittsburg, CA police officer.

Patrolman Earle, today marks the 92nd anniversary of your tragic passing. No one can be sure of when and how they will leave this world, but you went out day-to-day putting your life on the line. I’m sure you never would have guessed you would be taken in such a manner. No doubt, the last few hours of your life were agonizing for you and those closest to you, but the chance they had to say good-bye must have been some small consolation.

God Bless and may you continue to Rest in Peace, Brother.
