It's hard to believe this horrible tragic incident happened so long ago, it seems like yesterday. I was working as a Police Officer for the Coral Springs Fl. P.D. I was very saddened by the deaths of these two hero's.

S.A. Dove and Grogan, your sacrifice was not in vain, you truly made a difference while you were here. God bless you both, and thank you for watching over me and my fellow Officers as we go into battle every day.

What a horrific event! I was introduced to this detailed incident when i was hired by the County of Henrico Security Division. While i was in the academy during Officer Safety and Street Survival we seen the video and the book. It was a hell of a gunfight that ultimately took the lives of S.A. Benjamin Grogan and Jerry Dove. To the families and friends of these two Officers I send my deepest sympathy and condolences on what was a tragic time on 11 April 1986 and the FBI.
