My cherished son Larry Lasater was a fellow police officer murdered in the line of duty on April 24, 2005 while serving as a Pittsburg, CA police officer.

Officer Doughty, IM sorry for what happened to you that fatal day. I thank you for your years of service. IM not sure what the suspect got out of this, but pray he has reaped his reward for his cowardly actions. Rest easy now my brother in Law, your watch on earth is over.
