Reflections for Chief of Police Ralph Emerson Dailey
Your assailant May have escaped earthly justice but he surely gave a higher authority and justice at a later time in a different place. Thank you for your service and please know that no passage of time will ever erase your sacrifice. Rest in peace always.

To fully appreciate the heroes of the present, we must recognize our heroes of the past. Your heroism and service is honored today, the 95th anniversary year of your death. I am priviliged to be among the first to leave a tribute to you. Your memory lives and you continue to inspire. Thank you for your service. My cherished son Larry Lasater was a fellow police officer who was murdered in the line of duty on April 24, 2005 while serving as a Pittsburg, CA police officer.
Time never diminishes respect. Your memory will always be honored and revered. Rest In Peace

A sad tragedy that your life was taken, as big a tragedy that your murderer got away with it. Two wrongs did not make a right.
On this 91st anniversary of your murder, I pray you are resting peacefully. You've earned that rest.
God Bless.
