Your heroism and service is honored today, the 90th anniversary of your death. Your memory lives and you continue to inspire. Thank you for your service. My cherished son Larry Lasater was a fellow police officer who was murdered in the line of duty on April 24, 2005 while serving as a Pittsburg, CA police officer.

Time never diminishes respect. Your memory will always be honored and revered.

Rest In Peace.

No officer should be without a reflection from his fellow officers.
I retired from the Irving, Texas Police Department one year ago and have family in the Paris area. I am there frequently and had no idea the Paris PD had lost three officers in the history of their department. I had seen the memorial tribute to Officer Roberts who was shot and killed in 1986.
May God bless the family and descedants of Officer Cross. He is not forgotten.
