Reflections for Sergeant Charles M. Cozzens

Sgt. Cozzens,
On today, the 60th anniversary of your death I would just like to say thank you for your service and sacrifice-not just for your Community but for our Country as well when you served with the U.S. Army as a member of the 24th “Victory”’Infantry Division which the 19th Infantry Regiment was a part of in the Pacific fighting the Japanese during World War II. And to your Family and loved ones, I wish to extend my deepest sympathy.

Sgt Cozzens, I did not know you but my family has been friends of your brother since I was young kid. Bradley is such a small town where that everyone pretty much knew everyone. I knew the circumstances of your passing and that you were the only officer in the history of the town to loose their life in the LOD up until shooting of Jack Wright in 76.
