I am a Lieutenant at the 105 currently. We have built a new memorial wall and plan to dedicate it this spring. If any one knows how to get in touch with Patrolman Cooper's granddaughter, Ms. Donna Siegel (as posted on this page) or any other family, please contact me at the 105th Precinct. We will never forget.

I want to thank all fellow police officers who have extended their hands in thanks and their hearts in sorrow over the loss of my grandfather. Such a wonder, that you are all remembering him life this. His wife, my grandmother never remarried. She always talked of the day she would meet him again in heaven and they would dance once again. Two of their children have joined them now. Only my father is left here. God Bless you all and be safe.
Thank you,
Donna
