Rest in peace brother in blue. You are a true hero and although I was only 1 years old on that tragic day you deserve all praise, for I myself have been involved in many pursuits and your honor will live on. To your family my prayers are with you all. All of us Officers go to work everyday knowing it could be the last, so it takes a very special person to protect and serve, God bless, watch out for us left here.

It will be 29 years tomorrow 1/15/07 that you were taken from us. Time heals but we never forget. We still miss you. You are in a much better place I know, but it is still a vivid memory with your family. We love you and miss you.

I noticed you don't have his age or badge number on the information. He was 31 years old at the time of his death. He would have been 32 on his birthday which would have been on January 19th. His badge #was 204 which I have on my license plate.

raymond was my brother. All he ever thought about was being a police officer. He wouldn't have wanted to die any other way. Even after all these years we still miss him and I know he is looking down on his fellow officers when they are out on patrol. Our family has lost a sheriff, a Texas Dept. of Public Safety office as well as Raymond, each doing what he loved most.
