Reflections for Policeman Fontaine Cooper

My Grandfather was Harold W Cooper. I would appreciate any history . I have only what can be found online and a few old photos

Officer Cooper
Thanks for your service and sacrifice to the great state of Idaho. I sometimes conducted law enforcement activities in Idaho and always appreciated the fine men and women who work in that state. You honor our profession and we appreciate your sacrifice.

On Friday Sept. 14th, 2012 - My great grandfather Fontaine Cooper was honored in a way we never thought possible.
To all who put so much work into the Fontaine Cooper Station 4 dedication on behalf of the Cooper Family we are so deeply humbled. As a family we have always know Grandpa Cooper as our hero, not know what people such as Captain Daly does - by each year going to his grave site and honoring him.

I thank each of you and there are so many to name I know if I try I will miss someone - from the bottom of my heart, thank you, and to the troopers and detections of Station 4. You will always be in out hearts.
