The ones we lay to rest we miss the most. Time just never takes a break. People come and go and so too do officers retire when their time is over. Sad you could not retire on your own terms, Officer Cook, as some of your colleagues. Dade County received excellent service, consummate passion from your heart. Advice to pass on down to others whose share that baton of valor and boldness, Honesty, dignity and integrity breathe the same as heroism , humility and nobility. mankind did not want to lose a most marvelous and resourceful gentleman.
