You were "Uncle Bo" to most family members and as your mother wrote to me her darling and belovedly brave "Billy." Dade County shall treasure your clear cut respect, resolve and undying resourcefulness forever. You kept your bargain, Officer Cook, properly performing your most sacred official duties on Dade County's behalf.
