Your basic tents of faith, Officer Cook, were to remain loyal and honest, have a basic dignity and integrity surrounding your excellent character and maintain trust and truth as a facet of your ferocity. Your life and career, Officer Cook, defending, securing and providing goodwill and a resurgence of stability and harmony won't ever go down without a fight until the end. Engineering effort and efficiency, incorporating morals and character, having a heroic and humble honor within your soul meant that distinct difference in the climates of your courage and convictions. Heaven has your perfect soul of loyalty trying to counteract the adversity that spills too far in mankind's dreams and aspirations. Rest in peace my neighbor, friend and hero. But, Our Creator had other more eternal plans for your soul and heart of heroic honor, determined dignity and integrity second to none. Nearly forty -one years after your untimely death doing your due diligence, you continue to be honored,saluted for valor and most rewarded for having a blessed name of sacred responsibility.
