Reflections for Police Officer William Coleman Cook

The doors of dignity were closed forever because of one man's evil against you, Officer Cook. Yet, the breezes gentle and humane still come through the citizens of Dade County's residences. All your humility and honor, the esteem and loyalty you demonstrated to your comrades. Integrity and heroism signed and sealed within those perfect gardens where yourself and many brave angels soar. You are to be humbly saluted for caring character and commitments second to none. The best of the best, a truly trustworthy warrior who policed his community as all public servants must. Rest in peace my neighbor, friend and hero.
